Speakers Preview Area
All meeting rooms are equipped with Computer Projectors. To ensure a successful Congress, speakers are asked to have their presentations delivered to the speakers preview area in a timely manner, thus, all presentations must be delivered at least 1 hour before the start of the session or on the day before for the early morning sessions.

Posters
Tape to mount your poster will be provided by the Congress Secretariat. The Congress Secretariat will be at your disposal to answer your questions and provide help locating your poster board.
Mount your poster on your assigned board on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 between 14:00-19:00 hrs. Posters should be in place for the whole duration of the Congress. Poster material must be removed on Saturday, June 19, 2010 between 13:00-16:00 hrs. After this hour the Congress Secretariat has no responsibility for your poster.
Presenting authors are kindly requested to be next to their poster during the congress official breaks sessions to answer questions.

Abstracts
All submitted abstracts (speakers, free communications and poster presentations) will be included in an electronic supplement of the Melanoma Research Journal.

Awards
All poster presentations will be reviewed and evaluated by the Abstract Evaluating Committee. The best three (3) poster presentations in the categories of clinical, experimental and translational research respectively, will each be awarded a price of Euro 500.
