Registration Fees

* Proof of status is required (A proof of status is an official letter written in English by the Head of the University on official University letterhead).

Registration Fee includes:
• Congress Admittance to Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
• Congress Admittance to all sessions
• Congress Admittance to exhibition
• Conference documentation and abstract book
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee – refreshments during official Congress breaks
• Light lunch

Accompanying Persons Registration Fee includes:
• Admittance to Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
• Half day city tour of Athens

Group Registration
Group registration is possible for Pharmaceutical Companies or Travel Agencies wishing to register persons for the Congress. Please click here in order to be able to receive your company’s username and password.
NOTICE: once you receive your company’s username and password, you may revisit the on line services for any additional registrations or reservations, using only your company’s password and username.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR COMPANIES
According to the Greek legislation:
- In all invoices which include REGISTRATION FEES ONLY, 21% VAT applies over and above.
- In all invoices which include REGISTRATION FEES together with OTHER Congress Services (such as hotel reservations, transfers, tours, etc) no VAT applies.

Terms of payment for registration fees
All payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the Congress on-line registration system www.eado.2010.org 

• By bank transfer

It is important that a copy of  the bank transfer is sent to the Congress Organizing Bureau, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel SA by fax to +30 210 7257532 together with the Registration Form.

Confirmation of Participation
When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk at The Athens Westin Resort of the Astir Palace Beach Resort.

Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Cancellation Policy
For every written cancellation received before, March 31st 2010 the full amount received, less 20% handling fee, will be refunded. Between April 1 – May 15 2010, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After May 15th, 2010  no refund applies. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Congress areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of Invitation
Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Congress may write to the Congress Organizing Bureau specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.

Currency
All Congress Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Congress Organizing Bureau to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
