Registration

Participants are requested to register in advance through the Course website by filling in and submitting the online Registration Form (to avoid double charges, please send the form ONCE). In case you do not wish to register on-line, please click here to download the Registration Form, fill  in and send it by fax (+30-210-7257532) with a copy of the payment.

Registration Fee includes:
  • Hotel accommodation in double room* for 5 nights (April 20-25, 2009).
  • Welcome Reception
  • Admittance to all scientific sessions
  • Conference documentation and abstract book
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Coffee breaks, lunches and dinners
  • Social Events
* Participants are kindly requested to indicate in the registration form the person they would like to share the room with. Single rooms are not available.
 
An appropriate number of rooms have been reserved at Hotel Corfu Chandris (Course Venue) for the Course participants. It is strongly advised to register as early as possible to ensure your reservation.
 
Terms of payment for registration fees
All payments should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and proforma invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

Confirmation of Participation
When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk at Corfu Chandris Hotel.
 
Cancellation Policy
For every written cancellation received before March 1, 2009, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. After March 1, 2009 no refund applies. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Course. Bank charges will be deducted.
 
Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Course. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Course areas will not be allowed without badge identification.
 
Letter of Invitation
Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Course may write to the Course Secretariat specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Course. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
 
Currency
All Course Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Course Secretariat to avoid being charged the late registration fee. For the convenience of all participants a Foreign Currency Exchange service will be available in the hotel information desk.
