Speakers Preview Area
All session rooms are equipped with Computer Projectors. To ensure a successful Symposium, speakers are asked to have their presentations delivered to the speakers preview area in a timely manner, thus, all presentations must be delivered at least 1 hour before the start of the session or on the day before for the early morning sessions.

Posters
Tape to mount your poster will be provided by the Symposium Secretariat. The Symposium Secretariat will be at your disposal to answer your questions and provide help locating your poster board. Mount your poster on your assigned board on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 between 15:00-18:00 hrs. Posters should be in place for the whole duration of the Symposium. Poster material must be removed on Saturday, September 19, 2009 between 12:00-13:30 hrs. After this hour the Symposium Secretariat has no responsibility for your poster.

Presenting authors are kindly requested to be next to their poster during the poster sessions to answer questions.

Language
English will be the official language of the Symposium.

Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
