A large number of variously priced hotel rooms have been provisionally reserved for Congress participants. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation of the preferred hotel category.
Hotel Reservation Please complete the appropriate section of the Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form has been received including a 50% deposit, specification of the category, type of room preferred, and the dates required. Participants are asked to indicate their preference of hotel category in numerical order. If the preferred hotel category is not available, registrants will be given the next available choice. The deposit should correspond to the price of the hotel category of the registrant’s first choice. The Registration, Accommodation & Tours Booking Form should be sent along with the deposit to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A., Athens, Greece, as soon as possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the registrants stating the amount left to be paid as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay.
