Time has been allocated in each session for questions and discussion; you will be expected to be available to participate in this discussion.
All presentations must be in English. A back up copy of all PowerPoint presentations is necessary to be available by all presenters.

The program schedule is extremely tight so all speakers must adhere to the time allocated. Should a speaker overrun you should interrupt him. Please be considerate of other scheduled speakers, -if ask the speaker to conclude his/her talk and please do so promptly.
-
Should a speaker not arrive for his/her presentation, please fill in the additional time with discussion, or, provided that all other speakers are present, move forward with the program. However, as far as possible, try not to deviate dramatically from the published program because delegates will rely on precise timing as they move across sessions.
