Group Registration
Group registration is possible for Companies, Institutions, Pharmaceutical Companies or Travel Agencies wishing to register persons for the congress provided they have a minimum of 5 people to register. Registrations will not be accepted without the work or home address of each delegate. Registrations with the company address will be refused unless it is specified that the company employs the participant.

All group registrations should be submitted with one single list that should include the name and address details of all participants and the activities for which they have to be registered (e.g. opening ceremony, gala dinner). Full invoice address, contact person (with direct phone, fax and e-mail address) must also be submitted.

Payment: After receipt of your registrations, they will be processed and confirmed. The confirmation will show a total that will be invoiced unless additional registrations are submitted for the existing group or other changes are made influencing the price. Invoices are payable upon receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR COMPANIES:
According to the Greek legislation:
- In all invoices which include  REGISTRATION FEES ONLY, 19 %  VAT applies over and above.
- In all invoices which include  REGISTRATION FEES together with  OTHER  congress’  services ( such as  hotel reservations, transfers, tours, etc) no VAT applies.

Terms of payment for registration fees
All payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

Confirmation of Participation
When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk at Athens Hilton Hotel.

Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Cancellation Policy
For every written cancellation received before June 15, 2008 the full amount received, less 20% handling fee, will be refunded. Between June 16 and August 15, 2008 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After August 16, 2008 no refund applies. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Congress areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of Invitation
Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Congress may write to the Congress Secretariat specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.

Currency
All Congress Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Congress Secretariat to avoid being charged the late registration fee. For the convenience of all participants a Foreign Currency Exchange service will be available in the hotel information desk.

The Registration Desk will be located in Athens Hilton Hotel and will be in operation the following dates and hours:
