Confirmation of Participation
The Organising Secretariat will confirm registrations after receipt of both your Registration Form and payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration should be in writing to the Congress Organising Bureau. For every written cancellation received before July 31, 2007 the full amount received, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded After July 31, 2007 no refund applies. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
Badges and Identification
Registration badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to the session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration. Admission to the Congress site will not be allowed without badge identification.
Method of Payment
Payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary as follows:

If payment is made by bank transfer please enclose a copy of the bank transfer voucher. Please make sure to mention your name and the Congress name on the bank transfer.
- By Credit Cards (MASTER/EURO CARD/VISA) your card number, expire date, card and signature should be filled in on the Registration Form.
Letter of Invitation
Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Congress may write to the Congress Secretariat specifying the necessary details. This service is designed only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
