A large number of variously priced hotel rooms have been provisionally reserved for Congress participants. It is advisable to book as early as possible to ensure reservation of the preferred hotel category

Hotel Reservation on line by completing the on line reservation form

The table above indicates hotel categories and rates. To ensure your accommodation please complete the appropriate section of the Registration and Accommodation Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Registration and Accommodation Form has been received including a 50% deposit, specification of the category and type of room preferred, and the dates required. Participants are asked to indicate their preference of hotel category in numerical order. If the preferred hotel category is not available, registrants will be given the next available category.

The Registration and Accommodation Form should be sent along with the deposit to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A., Athens, Greece, as soon as possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the registrants stating the amount left to be paid as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay. Full payment should be made before June 1, 2007, after which the Registrant will receive the respective voucher(s).

Method of Payment

Payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary as follows:

If payment is made by bank transfer please enclose a copy of the bank transfer voucher. Please make sure to mention your name and the Congress name on the bank transfer.
By Credit Cards (MASTER/EURO CARD/VISA) your card number, expire date, card and signature should be filled in on the Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy and Refund for Hotels and Tours
Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes. A copy of the accommodation and tour booking form should be attached to the letter of notification and sent to ERASMUS CONFERENCES TOURS & TRAVEL S.A. Refunds will be made as follows according to the postmark on the notice of cancellation:

HOTEL (refund per person)

Up to and including June 30th, 2007, 50%

After July 1st 2007, None

All refunds will be made within two months after the Congress; bank charges will be deducted.
