Registration Fees

Participants and Residents Registration Fee includes:

• Admittance to Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception.
• Admittance to all sessions.
• Admittance to exhibition.
• Conference documentation and abstract book.
• Certificate of Attendance.
• Coffee­refreshments during official Congress/Meeting breaks

Accompanying persons Registration fee include:

• Admittance to Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception.
• Half day City Tour of Athens

Confirmation of Participation

The Organising Secretariat will confirm registrations after receipt of both your Registration Form and payment.

Cancellation Policy

For every written cancellation received before July 1, 2005 the full amount received, less 20% handling fee, will be refunded. Between July 2 and September 1, 2005 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After September 2, 2005 no refund applies. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges and Identification

Registration badges will be used during the Congress/Meeting. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Congress areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Currency

All Congress Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Congress Secretariat to avoid being charged the late registration fee. For the convenience of all participants a Foreign Currency Exchange service will be available in the hotel information desk.

Method of Payment

Payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary as follows:

Participants’ name must be clearly stated on the Bank cheque. Personal cheques cannot be accepted.

If payment is made by bank transfer, please enclose a copy of the bank transfer voucher. Please make sure to mention your name and the Congress/Meeting name on the bank transfer.

• By Credit Cards (MASTER/EUROCARD, VISA/AMERICAN EXPRESS)

Your card number, expiration date, card and signature should be filled in on the Registration Form.

Letter of Invitation

Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Congress/ Meeting may write to the Congress Secretariat specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress/Meeting. It should not be considered an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
